Kathy at the Launceston branch was fantastic, cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely the most knowledgeable & helpful person I dealt with but also the nicest person to deal with in regard to my pest problem. She treated with complete respect & listened to what I had to say, offered many alternatives and suggestions which the other Pest Control companies I called did not and to be honest made me feel a bit like an idiot and I was being paranoid.
