Rodents can cause serious problems whether it be in your office, store, warehouse or factory.
Rats and mice are one of the main causes of structural and electrical damage. With teeth that are continually growing, they have a constant need to chew. This means they may ruin insulation, damage building timbers, and cause fires by gnawing on electrical cords.
Rats and mice are omnivorous, devouring all types of food and food-based products. Rodents eat and spoil enough food to feed 280 million people in developing countries for a year. It is estimated between one-fifth to one-third of the world’s food supplies never reaches the mouths of consumers.
Rodents are also carriers and transmitters of many life-threatening diseases affecting humans, including Bubonic Plague, Typhus, Rat Bite Fever, Salmonella and Trichinosis.
